Your first visit is simple and comfortable. You’ll start with a quick conversation about your goals, any areas of tension, and your pressure preferences. Your therapist will then step out so you can undress to your comfort level and get settled under the sheet.
During the session, you’ll be fully covered except for the area being worked on, and pressure can be adjusted at any time. Afterward, you’ll have a moment to get dressed, ask questions, and check out or schedule your next appointment.

This depends on your goals, lifestyle, and stress level, but here are general guidelines clients find helpful:
For relaxation or stress relief: every 3–4 weeks
For chronic pain or muscle tension: every 1–2 weeks until symptoms improve
For athletes or active individuals: weekly or bi‑weekly to support performance and recovery
For maintenance: once a month is a great baseline
Clients can always adjust based on how their body feels, consistency matters more than perfection for regular massage benefits.
